Ella was so nice to offer me rides to get some quick emergencies around since I didn’t have rental car. It’s nice that hotel staff care about their customer dearly.

My family had a quick stay over in Greenville, SC and the this hotel did not disappoint. The staff were so courteous, kind and accommodating. Peyton at the front desk is a superstar, his professionalism and customer service skills were outstanding. Mr Jimmie was so kind and helpful and so full of personality. The Ruth Chris restaurant is a part of the hotel and we enjoyed a pleasant meal together. Thank you all so much.
