This Crowne Plaza has been investing in modernizing the property. The new room keys are a huge quality of life improvement. They never need to be reprogrammed. The staff is great, quick and efficient. Ciera and Ella were awesome at getting me checked in quickly. I travel 200+ days a year for work so I see anyone of hotels. This is where I stay when in Greenville. The location is great, plenty of parking, and I never have noise issues. If you are noise sensitive ask to stay in the quiet zone on the 6th floor.

I'm not sure what smells they are trying to cover up, but whatever they are using in the lobby is so overpowering that you can smell it in our room on the 3rd floor. I am hyper sensitive to smells, but this is beyond reasonable.

I’m a Diamond Elite Member and was blown away by Sophia. She was very professional with great communication skills and took my stay to the next level. She has future Manager skill traits. This hotel really invests and develops their employees. I plan to keep coming back. Great rooms and Ruth Chris Steakhouse!

Great service from the staff, especially the breakfast crew and shuttle service. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Conveniently located off the highway with plenty of dining and entertainment options in the area. Special thank you to Chris G. for going the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable and convenient. We will definitely be back.

I enjoyed my stay at the Crown Plaza. Everything was Great! The staff, the room and the shuttle convenience. I especially want to shout out Pamela! Thank you for providing excellent, friendly and helpful service from the moment we spoke on the phone to the end of my stay.
