Ellen, the van driver, is fabulous and enjoys her job. The staff here is always nice.
Front desk and all the staff were very helpful and kind!
Great hotel. Attached to Ruth’s Chris for great dining. Excellent water pressure and clean rooms.Tanika at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The only downside was that there was no microwave in the room I selected so I had to eat my Cinnabon cold . I’m pretty sure they have a microwave downstairs. I’m just lazy. Overall a great hotel.
Shante, Tanika, Ella, and Pamele made the check in experience great, was greeted with nothing but smiles and laughter, had a bit of an issue with my room but was immediately addressed and taken care of, very quick witted and polite as well as funny, I can say out of all my travels throughout the world this was by far the best front desk staff I’ve ever met, if I could give 10 stars I would !!!! Thanks ladies for the laughs and great hospitality!!!!
