Lived here for a little over a year and honestly loved every part of it. The staff was amazing, grounds were kept very clean, the neighbors are all respectful of others and I always looked forward to the monthly events. Highly recommend Crowne if you're looking to move to Bluffton, SC
Consistently messaged me saying I was breaking the lease terms in regards of having too many people around…. Rather than walking outside and confronting me they sat there looking out the window and messaged me.. for some reason they knew me but not the other two residence I was with (all very respectful).. called them out and they still had no idea the other two residence. We have lived there for a year and a half and have never had any issues. It has been quiet, safe, clean, and enjoyable. The office staff are more than welcoming, helpful, and professional. They have all been wonderful. The maintenance team has been great. They send out emails in advance of when maintenance will come by for things like filter changes so that was very helpful to always be aware and have a heads up.
