During a time of grief and loss, the experience with Crowne at 170 has only added to the stress. There has been no sympathy, flexibility, or willingness to work with us to find a unit we actually feel comfortable in. We’re supposed to move into a new apartment in August, but we never got an actual tour. When we went to check it ourselves where it is located we realized it had no view just trees….. We asked about switching or canceling, and were told we had no options since we already signed or the price would be much higher!... read more
We have lived at Crowne for 4 years and could not be happier. The staff, front office, maintenance, public safety officers are all beyond helpful and kind. They send out surveys and actually take the time to read them and address any issues you may have. The only bad thing that has happened to us was someone stole our doormat, and when I notified the office they purchased a replacement for us within a day or two. Glad to call this place our home.
We absolutely loved Crowne at 170 and happily called it home for 3 years. The office staff is great and friendly and do their best to mitigate issues (dog poop, non residents using amenities, complaints, etc). The maintenance & cleaning team is by far the best we’ve ever been around, they are so nice, accommodating and are always happy to fix whatever needs it, and the complex always looks and smells so clean! Lived here for a little over a year and honestly loved every part of it. The staff was amazing, grounds were kept very clean, the neighbors are all respectful of others and I always looked forward to the monthly events. Highly recommend Crowne if you're looking to move to Bluffton, SC
Consistently messaged me saying I was breaking the lease terms in regards of having too many people around…. Rather than walking outside and confronting me they sat there looking out the window and messaged me.. for some reason they knew me but not the other two residence I was with (all very respectful).. called them out and they still had no idea the other two residence.
