I've lived here for a little over a year now, 14 months to be exact, and have loved it. Even resigned a year-lease recently. I have almost nothing but good things to say about Crowne Old Town North. If you're looking for an *actually nice*, well-kept luxury apartment in Fort Collins, I truly don't think you can find anything better. They don't just use "luxury" in the name to keep away from accepting Section 8 (google it, it's real), they really are nice builder-grade apartments. I’ve only lived here for almost 2 weeks now and everything with the apartment has been great!! I love it!! But one word of advice. If you plan to bring a bike keep it in your apartment. I had a brand new bike that I kept locked up on the bike rack in my building (which the building is locked and you need a key fob to enter) and after a day it was stolen.
Best apartment complex around. Staff are super friendly and helpful
