WORST MOVE EVER, and this was our 9th cross country move. Packers were supposed to pack for 2 days. Day 1, they arrived almost 5 hours late and only packed for 3 hours. Communication was poor. There were only 3 packers on day 1. We had 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 6 other rooms, many closets, a basement, and a garage, so they barely made a dent in packing on day 1 Therefore, day 2 was super chaotic. I cannot endorse the services provided by Crown WMS based on my personal experience. It's not that I hold any animosity towards the company, but my own encounter with their services has left me dissatisfied. I engaged their services for a move on September 22nd, 2023. Prior to the move, my interactions with a lady named C. from Crown WMS were quite pleasant and helpful.
