Went to Crown Liquors on Cordova rd where I have been a customer for 40 years to return two bottles wine that had spoiled, probably not stored correctly in the store. The manager was rude and yelled at me even after he verified in his system I had purchased them there. He raised his voice again and yelled have a blessed day me - the customer who had spent thousands in the store. I walked out leaving the wine on the counter.
