The three installers did a great job. One of the old windows broke when it was being removed, and they carefully cleaned up the glass. The new windows look great.
The team from Crown Windows & Doors are awesome! This is my 2nd whole-house windows installation service with this company, and both times, they are efficient, thorough, dependable, and professional in every way. One mishap with this latest job....a couple of screens were bent in transport, and they notified me right away and reordered replacements. In my non-windows-details brain, I would have never known. This company is the best!!
Our doors look absolutely amazing! The installer, has a craftsmanship talent that is outstanding! He took care to ensure that everything in the work area was protected prior to beginning his work. They arrived on time. Introduced the team of installers and assistants. Thorough in replacement of 9 windows. Answered questions I asked about the installation. Cleaned up broken glass, old window frames, caulk canisters and carried it with them for disposal. Demonstrated the operating/safety features of the windows. Very happy with the windows and the installation crew.
