Our experience with Crown Rental Properties was largely positive. The 3BR 2 3/4Bath home had a full basement in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The rent was very reasonable, especially considering the prime location near Cookeville. The online portal for rent payments and maintenance requests was user-friendly and efficient. We moved into our rental around April 2022 I believe. It’s a 3/2 with a full basement on what feels like .5 acres. Rent is 1700, which was in the higher end. But the neighborhood and location to cookeville are great. Colette at the office has always been quick to respond to emails, and calls. Any time I’ve needed a maintenance request, they’ve been out the next day in most cases. The maintenance guy is great and always willing to help.
