Great little gym near downtown Kelowna. If you're in the downtown area of Kelowna, especially in the Waterscapes area then this gym is for you. The guys are super helpful and the trainers (Eric and Mike) will offer some advice even if you're not doing a session with them. An undiscovered gem.
Such a great place to work out! Warm and welcoming and not intimidating at all for someone who never used to be into weight training!
