I had the worst experience with this store yesterday and today. Yesterday I brought my dog in to see about getting my glasses tightened and also see when I am able to Schedule my next appointment for an eye exam. My dog is a certified Task Trained psychiatric service dog with papers and all from my primary care doctor. I was denied entry told my dog wasn’t that yelled at ridiculed the first day even tho I told them I had my papers. I just didn’t have them on me. They asked about a vest. I said it was 90° outside.
