Already living here almost 10 years and these current manager and maintenance help are honestly been the best so than all of our former managers and maintenance help. Communication I would say is the best it’s been since I lived here. Yea these apartments are older and need of some repairs and upkeep but slowly the current team has been great to care of many problems.
It's great so far been here for a few months. Every issue I have. has been taken care of.. highly recommend.
this place is very convenient for shopping and bus lines
I've lived here 2 years, and can tell you it's an overpriced dump. Issues that have never been addressed - leaking faucets and a toilet that constantly runs, dishwasher leaks, fridge is old and doesn't seal properly so constantly runs and doesn't keep food, on site amenities such as laundry and pool haven't been available most of my time here, loose outlets and flickering lights.
