Had an amazing experience with the manager Anavel super accommodating and helpful. Marcelo was extremely helpful with resolving a maintenance issue I had.
Now that we are under a new management company (Affinity) and a new manager Anavel things are a lot better. Our maintenance man Marcelo, I give him a 100 if possible. He is always fixing issues immediately around here. It does not take months for a minor issue to be fixed like when AVE5 was managing the apartments. Anavel is also a wonderful manager who gets things done. I have lived here 5 years and so far this team is the best ever to be running Crown Village.
Had the best experience here! So excited to move in with me and my friends! Toured with Anavel and was able to meet Marcelo the Maintenance man as well and it was such a great impression. Love the community and the area, great and shaded with all the trees, so excited and have told all my friends and family, thank you guys for making this such an easy process for us both
