They won’t fix things. and think it’s ok not to fix the air
I've never seen them and not interested
oakridge management is actually ok. it is the vagrants that make noise and sleep in the hallways and stairs that are the issue. sometimes drugs and needles are also left on the stairs and in the hallways. children and seniors live here as well. they need to be safe. this should be a gated community.
the location and the cleanliness of the apartment
RecommendedMy apartment faces the woods, where I can often see deer and other wildlife, and hear the many varieties of birds in the trees. This is usually a quiet area, and maintenance has improved considerably recently. I hope to see improvement in the snow removal this winter. We have a very nice manager!
aparently you arent allowed to have a significant other and live here. my sister and her 4 year old were just given a 24 hour eviction notice, a week before Christmas. because get this, she broke the lease having someone else live there. All because her boyfriend stayed overnight and left at 530am when she went to work. He has his own house! but no. they don't even look into it! they say pay us TWO THOUSAND dollars now to stop the process and stay here. How do they sleep at night?!
The atmosphere..the Apartments are spacious with garden space... the walking trails....the landscaping especially in the Spring when everything blooms..... the birds and the rabbits... the privacy and the friendliness of most of the residents,,, the quiet is wonderful as most of us stay to ourselves but get along with the others.🇺🇸
EXCELLENT management very nice apts for a single person, apts are small but kept up very well.
