We were flying in the day after we were delayed due to the February 23rd snow storm and the airport was a nightmare. After landing we sat on the plane for at least an hour before getting to a gate for unloading. Then our bags went to another terminal. All this time our driver, Jeff was driving around and waiting for us. So happy I used Crown Vicky for my airport trip. They were on time both pick up and drop off. It was snowing. No problems. Great for peace of mind and comfort. Great drivers. Thumbs up on Crown Vicky Limos.

Jack, the driver, got in touch before my departure date with his contact information. He was he a few minutes early, was very helpful and polite. We got to the airport with plenty of time. Couldn’t ask for more from a car service. Thank you.

I had an excellent experience both with the delivery in EWR and the pick up during rush hour from JFK. I will certainly use their service again in the future, its a gem of car service.
