We were flying in the day after we were delayed due to the February 23rd snow storm and the airport was a nightmare. After landing we sat on the plane for at least an hour before getting to a gate for unloading. Then our bags went to another terminal. All this time our driver, Jeff was driving around and waiting for us. Now if that were me I’d probably be pretty upset but when we finally got to the car Jeff got out introduced himself put our bags in the car and we were on our way.
