SCAM ALERT I went here to get an approved MRI from my insurance and like many others they used the wrong code or authorization code. Which makes your insurance deny the claim. They are saying I owe $716 now. And my insurance has no way of covering this. Please do not go here no matter what. The billing department is overseas- and will send the bill to collections. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU
CVI Newport office with Moses & the excellent staff helped me through difficult times with their kind & generous attitudes & vast experience… Quite opposite of KELLY /reception in the CVI Mission Viejo office who is borderline rude w a condescending attitude…The other reception ppl in MV , sandy haired guy & brunette girl were much more respectful & eager to help … Kelly acts like she’s doing U a favor by just making an appt. …sorry Ur so unhappy w Ur job … Kelly should keep in mind some ppl r potentially sick & are there fo... read more
They’re extremely awful all around. It has been the worse medical experience I’ve had and I’d advise anyone to stay away from this place. I’ve spent countless time and hours trying to figure out how (despite numerous calls and email confirming both tests as well as papers sent from my doctor) they completed only 1 test out of the 2 that were ordered. After a difficulty, horrible experience at Simonmed Imaging, Laguna Hills, never go there, I had to walk out after 2.5 hours wait, unorganized paperwork and trying to collect an additional $300. Crown Valley imaging got me a last minute appointment on the same day. Scheduling took my doctors order & insurance info and set appointment, I arrived in Newport facility and was greeted by the friendly front desk & was taken back in 5 minutes.
