Using Crown Valley Flooring was like a breath of fresh air. I’ve dealt with a lot of improvement projects over the years and honesty and dependability are hard to find. Their customer service is the best! Rick's expertise, and his eye for design resulted in picking the right type of carpet and color to match the rest of our interior. He made the whole experience easy and stress free. The installers were first rate, the carpet looks amazing! Changed the whole complexion of our upstairs! 5 stars!

We are so impressed with Crown Valley Flooring! I had an estimate from Lowe’s and then their carpet went on sale for 40% off. Rick Mink (CVF) was still able to beat their price and with nicer carpet. Installation was fantastic. They went above and beyond with having to deal with a Murphy bed in one of the rooms.

When remodeling our Coto de Caza home, Rick help design and pick out the perfect textiles for our floors. Marble in the formal entry, patterned and matching colored carpet for living room and stairs, carpet in all of our bedrooms, wood floors upstairs and wood tile downstairs. Installation was seamless, price was WELL within our budget and from start to finish he was on top of everything, can't recommend a better owner. Here are some pics.

I can’t say enough about our experience with Crown Valley flooring! Starting with Rick and Karen. Reasonable pricing. Very helpful and prompt to get back to us with questions. But our installers Jose and Kevin were the best!! They answered our questions , very professional and courteous. Great clean up . They were prompt and attention to detail. We were impressed with fact they did quality work in less time ! Highly recommend Crown Valley Flooring
