Awful experience. Set up with them for uniforms. Drivers never met the proper schedule. Management wanted to charge to replace shirts for individual pin holes for $125 each. When we went to return them one employee wasn’t in and they threatened to charge over $600 due to him not able to return his uniforms that day even though the driver said he would come back later for them. Harassing phone calls to employees, and never company managers. Would not recommend to anyone.
We switched to them a 3 or 4 years ago and wow what a difference. Our last uniform company was so bad I wanted to just go with out uniforms all together. Best compliment I can give them is I never think of them. No complaints from employees about missing or lacking uniforms, bill is correct and the same every time, they run my CC once month and send me a receipt and it matches perfectly with the bills I have. Crown linen has been servicing my restaurant for over a year now. Crown's delivery is consistent and always on time along with a responsive customer service staff that starts with the driver Antonio. Antonio never fails to do a thorough check of all linens and towels and consistently goes out of his way to make sure all of our needs are met. Everyone we have met and worked with at Crown has been awesome - courteous, timely, and patient in explaining how their system works. They have immediately responded to last-minute requests and are very accessible. We are really happy with their service!
Your driver was extremely unprofessional he hit my side View mirror when I went to confront him he started using profanity I was able to get his license tag not his name
