Scheduling and insurance were a pain but once they pulled their heads out and got it going everything was great. Mr.S. is an asset- he had to deal with barking dogs, cramped quarters and my thousand questions. I appreciate it all. I have had repair men come into my house to fix this or that try to speak down to me because I'm a woman. Because of him I will call on your company if I ever need to. We returned from a short vacation to discover that our Bosch refrigerator was not functioning and all foods in it had been spoiled. We immediately called Crown TV and Appliance, a service provider for Lowe's hardware, and they quickly responded to our request for service. The service provided was so smooth and painless. I needed a repair for my washer. I contacted Costco concierge service, which contacted Crown TV & Appliance. They contacted me through text and call. I personally prefer text, which was so handy. I was able to send direct videos and pictures of my issue. They ordered parts directly to my house and arranged a time to fix. Had my 65 inch OLED panel replaced by Crown TV. They did an awesome job. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. And the service charge was totally reasonable. Thank you to Crown TV. I would recommend them to anyone needing service.
