I have used Crown Trophy for business purposes for many years and I've experienced only the best of customer service and quality awards, so I was already a fan; however, I recently brought in a plaque that my daughter was awarded at school that had her name spelled incorrectly (at no fault of Crown Trophy). I ordered a one-off unique plaque to give an award to someone at work. The setup and components were not typical for the usual plaques Crown does but they knew exactly how to best include all the components, through different mediums and processes, and took my feedback to fine tune the first draft. The end result was perfect and made a great gift to my colleague. Great experience.

I was very impressed with the costumer service at Crown Trophy! My son's shelf fell in his room, and two trophies that he had earned years prior were broken. I ended up taking them into Crown Trophy to see if they could be fixed. They fixed both trophies, and ended up not charging me! That really meant a lot! They were able to fix one of the trophies on the spot, and the other, I was able to pick up the next day! I highly recommend Crown Trophy!
