Excellent customer service, very fast service. When the acrylic octagon shape I chose from online catalog turn out to be cracked when they checked the inventory, Mackey helped chose another one, sent me the picture of another wavy one. The engraving was done beautifully according to what I requested. I pick it up the next day! And at an amazing price! I will use them again.
