Our vacation was nice but the planning done by Crown travel was HORRIBLE! We didnt get the room we requested nor the package and my husband spent hours of his vacation time trying to straighten out the mess. I had been in contact with the travel agent numerous times before we left and even called to remind him multiple times on his request to do things. I just would have liked a less stressful vacation. I could have booked this myself and had less hassle.
I have had excellant service when booking cruises with Linda at Crown Travel. She is extremely professional and knowledgable. I have referred several other people to her and they were also very happy with the service.
