Switched to these folks for service years ago after Grand Rapids Toyota was dishonest with me. So far these guys and gals have been very good and from what I can tell honest. They have 3 prices for the parts they sell. List, Retail and then they jack the price up on top of the retail price. Any Toyota dealership in the area will be cheaper on price.
Bought and have had all service done at crown Toyota. Just recently had service done to our 2018 tundra. Chris was great at getting the job completed. We really do appreciate all the hard work then went into getting the job done and making everything right! Thanks again Chris!
Service is good. But a little on the high side. Coffee shop on the campus that has a great cup. Fast and friendly.
