This was my first treatment from Kathy and it was a wonderful experience. So relaxing and soothing. She explained the process and benefits of reflexology thoroughly and was easy to talk to about all the things. Highly recommend and will be back!

Katy has developed quite a welcome and much needed reflexology for menopause which I tried yesterday. Loved it! Oil blends and essential oils were perfect and scent sensitive friendly, and she is meticulous and detailed oriented with the reflexology points. I will DEFINITELY have that treatment again when I am back in Waterloo! Would recommend to a friend.
