The rudest and laziest customer service I have ever dealt with. Avoid this place.
Don't waste your time they are crooks ripping off people on ebay! Owner thinks karma doesn't apply to him, I hope these continued bad reviews bankrupt him.
Extremely rude. Don’t dare call with a simple question about the products they sell. They will be sure to insult your intelligence level. We will never spend a nickel with them again.
VERY BAD SERVICE. I should have listen to some other reviews and forum members before dealing with this place. No communication and SUPER SLOW SHIPPING. Then they sent me a box with stuff missing. Tried to send it back and reorder another kit for a customer, they cancelled my order and basically told me to go elsewhere! The owner, who calls himself The Wolf is super arrogant as others have pointed out. I ended up going to MAXTRAC. Super nice people, fast shipping and a nice kit.
I got my truck lowered by Crown and everything was perfect! Owner is super cool! I highly recommend.
