It may take some time to receive a response. I’ve never gone without receiving one. They are doing the best they can. Remember they are short staffed and recently received an influx of patients.
It would be super if people would listen and follow directions. Phones open at 11, they take appointments then, once booked they stop taking calls. Friendly staff
I called over 440 times from Feb 26th until April 1st. They stop the calls at noon even though the recording says 12:30 and I got through March 6th but was hung up on. I went in person and begged the woman to help me. I was emotionally distraught and sobbing. I just needed a prescription filled that the Maple App won't help with.
