I called in for help finding a part for my stapler and more staples. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and had great customer service. They offered me the parts I was looking for and helped get me amazing pricing on staples for another stapler I was using, and I will definitely be taking my business to them.

Great experience working with Crown Staple & Supply. The customer service is on point and the salesman I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable. I was looking for a staple gun for a specific job, and the salesman that helped me out gave me options that were more cost effective and better quality for the long run. I wish they could have better customer service. I asked them to check how to return some items that I bought. I haven't heard anything for 2 months. the products and shipping service were fair. but they don't want customer to return.
