I had an extremely disappointing experience with Wormald. I have been casually home searching for over a year and stumbled across this community. I thought it was beautiful so I called to make an appointment for a home tour while I was in the neighborhood, but they said to come back later that afternoon when they had an opening. Beautiful new model
Reviews below are not from actual home buyers. Those people simply went and toured the home and loved it. We did the same thing, but foolishly we bought from these people. What a nightmare. Spend almost $2M on a home and the most simple of things they could not get correct. Delivered home with no working HVAC in the middle of winter which took 6 months to fix. Several windows were broken and racist graffiti left in the house on settlement. Full of empty promises to fix these issues but just a major waste of time. Save yourse... read more
