I recently visited the store in search of the perfect Valentine's gift. Unfortunately, I did not know what that gift would be. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Two kind ladies were very patient with me while helping me find the perfect gift for my boyfriend. I would highly recommend anyone needing that special gift for that special someone visit the Crowne Shop. I promise you will not be disappointed in the service and help you receive.
I can’t shop here anymore. With merchandise behind the counter for my children, an employee told my 3 year old to stop playing with toys from their “family room”, because those need to be sold, (I was considering it for a bday gift) I asked her to talk to me and not my daughter, only to be ignored. I love shopping local, but this crushed our shopping experience and I’m very disappointed my child had to go through this.
In all my travels I have never seen such an amazing store! This store is a shopaholic ’s dream come true. From the time you enter the store, you see the attention to detail and the friendliest staff ever! Wendy, you and your staff have surely impressed me and this North Carolina girl is returning!
