Crown Shields transported my 94 year old mother-in-law from a south Texas rehab center to assisted living home in Frisco, Texas…over 400 miles. She was traveling alone so naturally we wanted to be kept informed of her progress. Tate, the driver updated us several times during the trip and we were able to be at the new home to meet her. The ride was secure and comfortable. Well done!
They were solid on the first ride but other two not so much. I’m not sure what their scheduling process is, but if it isn’t incompetence, then it’s on purpose. It can’t be both. They missed scheduling (after I confirmed the date and time) for my dad so he could get his PET scan. Your only job in this space is to schedule transport and complete the drive. That’s it. Somehow that’s a tough one to comprehend for these guys.
I have used Crown Shiels transportation twice this year after surgeries. They were dependable, friendly, and caring. My driver George was excellent. He took great care of me. I will definitely use them again, if needed. I highly recommend them!
My personal experience with Crownshield has been very pleasant. They work hard as a team -from the owner himself, to the supervisor, to the drivers. Safety, reliability & customer service should be top priority for any transportation company. Concerns are always addressed & their attention to detail is spot on . Wishing nothing but greatness & much success for Crownshield's future !
This is by far the best transportation company we have had the pleasure of working with. The driver and the owner were extremely polite, friendly, and professional. They made sure my mom was comfortable and safe the whole ride. We are new to the handicapped world and have never seen how it’s like in their cars.
