My personal experience with Crownshield has been very pleasant. They work hard as a team -from the owner himself, to the supervisor, to the drivers. Safety, reliability & customer service should be top priority for any transportation company. Concerns are always addressed & their attention to detail is spot on . This is by far the best transportation company we have had the pleasure of working with. The driver and the owner were extremely polite, friendly, and professional. They made sure my mom was comfortable and safe the whole ride. We are new to the handicapped world and have never seen how it’s like in their cars. We chose Crown Shields to transport my son in law to a wedding, and we were totally satisfied with the service and rates. Our driver, Wade, was great! He was really nice and and had a great sense of humor! We will definitely use Crown Shields in the future and highly recommend them.
