Excited for winter this year just got a new 7400MP installed! Going to be heating a large shop and house with the unit.
Stainless steel was defective. My claim was rejected due to water sample timing. This was not a corrosion problem, it was a defect in materials. Had to have a pin hole leak welded on a 2 year old unit. Don’t do business with a company that won’t stand in back of its product.
Just got our new 7300E delivered and even though we haven't hooked it up yet, I'm already impressed. Yes, it was a bit more expensive than we initially budgeted for, but you can tell right away that the build quality is top notch - this thing is built like a tank! The stainless steel construction and attention to detail are evident throughout. We're excited to get it installed and start heating our home. Great stove. Very simple and easy to use. Would recommend to anyone. Great customer care! Still working great after a full year of operation!
I bought the stove about 8 years ago model 7200 within the first week The Little Door fell off. Then a couple months ago had to replace the roof rusted out. Cost me around $1,700 for a roof and extension on the smokestack. Now I've been noticing the thing is leaking. Dropping down on water every week and GreenTech would not stand behind anything would not recommend
