Our interaction with Crown Australia overall was great. Anthea was a pleasure to deal with during the whole process and always available and helpful through a couple of minor issues. Give her a pay rise. Seriously though she was great. The NZ part of the process caused us some unnecessary concerns and change of plans. However all went well and we got moved in to our new house earlier than planned.

I was assisted by Crown to help in relocation from UK to Adelaide. I was contacted by Emma who outlined my relocation plan. My relocation was basic including tickets, temporary and rental accommodation. She did it very well for me and she was very supportive and quick responsive. We moved from NZ to AU. NZ side of the service is to perfection I’d say. Unfortunately destination service here in Melbourne is truly disappointing to the max. 1. Simple furnitures were left disassembled (cabinet legs) 2. Packages are not unboxed, with crews claim “their back problems” and they are not instructed to unbox. Where clearly when we signed up with Crown, contract said they will unbox as much as possible and put on visible bench top. 3.
