This place Rocks!! This is the nicest hotel in Myrtle Beach. It is expensive, but extremely nice. All the rooms are suites, so you have a kitchen. It is directly on the beach. There are several restuarants on the site. Pools and lazy rivers abound. If you have the money to stay here, go for it, you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful Resort The Crown Reef Resort at Myrtle Beach is an awesome place to stay! It is absolutely beautiful at night when it is lit up in purple. They have so many ammenities to offer including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a huge lazy river, lounge, restaurant, arcade, fitness center, and many others. The rooms are all oceanfront and are very clean and nicely kept and the staff is excellent! It is also an excellent choice for business meetings, etc. with a private conference center.

Looks Can Be Deceiving I visited the crown this summer and the hotel was not what I expected. I was in love when saw the pictures online. Looks can be deceiving. The rooms were small and there was enough dust in the vents I could stuff a pillow. The bed frame was broken, the wall paper was peeling, stains were on the dishes that were in the room. The elevators were out most of the time, so my family and I had to take the stairs and we were on the sixth floor. Clothes were left in our room from a previous guest. The only good... read more

Run in the other direction I have never been more unsatisfied with a vacation in my entire life. Our air conditioner didn't work when we got into the room. We let the staff know, and when we got back it had been repaired, but then the balcony was flooded and rendered useless for the rest of our vacation. While we were at the pool there were kids throwing food and other items at people from their balcony and the staff told the guests there was little that could be done about it. dirty We stayed here several times and had no problems. Our last stay was horrible! we arrived to our room that they said was ready & it was filthy & our bed was covered in urine! when addressing the manager about this the housekeeping staff came up & flipped the matress! I wanted to scream! flip the matress so the urine runs through to the other side! then the comforters were all stained. Needless to say over 3.5 hours later we finaally got a new matress in our room and clean linens. The garbage was stacked up in the halls.... read more

Average hotel We stayed in this hotel in the summer, The room was small and not as clean and tidy as I would have liked. there were a lot of things for the kids to do. I don't think I would return to this hotel. Also far from stores and attractions, had to drive everywhere.
