September 7, 2026, was the first time I saw Dr. Veness after being diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. From the moment I entered the clinic, every medical staff member I encountered made my family and I feel treated with great courtesy. Dr. Tanvi was the first doctor to schedule our meeting. Very experienced, polite and professional..
My mother was referred to Dr Hwang. She received 2 lots of radiation that reduced the carcinoma tumor but never killed it off. At the time she should have been referred to a plastic surgeon to cut out the tumor, once it was reduced in size. Would have been able to have an op, at the time. She now has a gooey hole in her nose, the size of a plum & is terminal. Horrible way to go.
