Terrible customer service. Was told our parts would be in at 4:00 p.m. on a Saturday. Drove over an hour to find out they closed at noon. Drove back an hour the next day for the wrong parts. Drove back an hour to return the parts to be shorted $60 for shipping costs. I'm so done.
My questions were answered quickly and I was able to get some parts for an older piece of equipment easily. Nice people, very helpful.
I love the options and equipment. Also a great place to deliver to.
