The experience is good if you can actually get them on the phone, and you'll notice that's a recurring theme in these reviews. Over a three week period, I called during office hours about a dozen times and was never actually able to get a hold of anyone. They say you can text the number for a response, but that is pretty inconsistent. You're really just subject to being by your phone when they call you back. Had the great opportunity to rent a pontoon from Crown boat rentals. The check in process was so easy , After check-in we did a walk thru and we were on our way. The boat was in great shape and incredibly clean. WE HAD A GREAT DAY ON THE LAKE. After a day of fun with my family the check in process process was as easy as the in the morning. All workers were great and we will be a return customer.

Kimberly was quick to respond to e-mail questions regarding boat rental pricing, leaving her cell phone if we wanted to book. Had no issues whatsoever. Easy to contact, easy check-in process, very nice boats. She was even able to accommodate us last minute for another day long rental the week we were there. Rented a bowrider one day and a pontoon on another day. Very enjoyable experience and I highly recommend Crown Boat Rentals.

Excellent experience. Easy to book. Simple welcome process - 5 mins in the office, 10 mins on the boat. Good clear instruction. The boat was nice and clean. Simple docking and offboarding - we went from docking to the car in about 15 mins. We had a great time....would use them again, would recommend to family and friends without hesitation.
