Pontoon boat rental was an excellent experience. Quick online booking, 15 min from arrival to being on the water. Super friendly staff. Good rates compared to others. It was an awesome day.

The experience is good if you can actually get them on the phone, and you'll notice that's a recurring theme in these reviews. Over a three week period, I called during office hours about a dozen times and was never actually able to get a hold of anyone. Had the great opportunity to rent a pontoon from Crown boat rentals. The check in process was so easy , After check-in we did a walk thru and we were on our way. The boat was in great shape and incredibly clean. WE HAD A GREAT DAY ON THE LAKE. After a day of fun with my family the check in process process was as easy as the in the morning. All workers were great and we will be a return customer.

Kimberly was quick to respond to e-mail questions regarding boat rental pricing, leaving her cell phone if we wanted to book. Had no issues whatsoever. Easy to contact, easy check-in process, very nice boats. She was even able to accommodate us last minute for another day long rental the week we were there. Rented a bowrider one day and a pontoon on another day. Very enjoyable experience and I highly recommend Crown Boat Rentals.
