Do not use this company! Everything you’re told is a lie. Expect 100% under delivery, missed timelines, questionable work, no team to do the actual work, and overall lack of knowledge about construction. We are asking for nearly 1/2 of our money back after we are sitting on a construction site after we broke ground over a year ago. Do NOT USE CPR!!!
10/24/24…. I initially signed a contract for all new windows in my home in April of this year, and paid the required deposit. There have been a variety of changes to the order since then, and then in early October I discovered that my sales person nor one of the lead installers (that I met numerous times), are no longer with the company. Not to mention that the Insurance Certificate they supplied me with is expired, along with their Workers' Comp.
