10/24/24…. I initially signed a contract for all new windows in my home in April of this year, and paid the required deposit. There have been a variety of changes to the order since then, and then in early October I discovered that my sales person nor one of the lead installers (that I met numerous times), are no longer with the company. We just had a new roof put on by Crown Pointe Remodeling. From the start, when Quincy first came and walked us through the process showing us pictures of the appearance of our very old roof to when we saw the finished beautiful new roof, he was with us all the way. He brought us samples of shingles. I had trouble visualizing what a whole roof would look like, and he shared his expertise as to what colors would blend and brighten our home. UPDATE 5/6/25 There ya have it folks! 1st screen pulled away from the 'staples' holding it in 4 months after final payment. Will be looking to install a proper metal rail system and not the cheap, short cut method that was used. Reduced rating to 1 star. Original post: No love for Crown Point Remodeling! LOOK ELSEWHERE! DO NOT TRUST! You can find a different contractor with a better customer interest and responsiveness. 0 stars would be more appropriate than 1 to equal the amount of effort Crown Pointe put forth. Tyler came to my property to provide a quote for basement window replacements. I received the quote (standard good for 30 days) on March 31. Crown Pointe does not do glass block which made the most sense for 1 window with a dryer vent, so my quote was for the replacement of 3 basement windows. After I found another ... read more
Crown Pointe Roofing and Remodeling just finished putting in Anderson windows in our enclosed porch. The windows look great and I am happy with the job. The salesman Jerry and the owner Quincy were both very responsive to my questions during the process. I would definitely use them again for any future projects.
