Crown Pointe Roofing and Remodeling just finished putting in Anderson windows in our enclosed porch. The windows look great and I am happy with the job. The salesman Jerry and the owner Quincy were both very responsive to my questions during the process. I would definitely use them again for any future projects.
No love for Crown Point Remodeling! We initially spoke with this contractor in January of 2024 and signed on with them in March to have them remove and replace a screened porch and re-shingle our roof. Crown Point strung us along for 6 weeks about the permit, being told that the township was backed up but when we called the township, we were told that the application hadn’t been submitted. 10/24/24…. I initially signed a contract for all new windows in my home in April of this year, and paid the required deposit. There have been a variety of changes to the order since then, and then in early October I discovered that my sales person nor one of the lead installers (that I met numerous times), are no longer with the company. Not to mention that the Insurance Certificate they supplied me with is expired, along with their Workers' Comp. The workers were fast, efficient, and clean and nice. Their buissness was good and worked with us and we were able to get a new roof i recommend this group.
