What kind of people hate butterflies? The folks who run Crown Point Property Owners Association apparently. Stay away from this HOA, they will fine you if monarch butterflies fly around your yard.
I've never visited any of the properties managed by the Crown Pointe Homeowners Association. However, I did see the recent pieces of news regarding the application of a policy to prevent a homeowner from attracting pollinating insects to her garden. The policy applies to the illicit breeding or raising of animals....surely this policy should only apply to domestic animals and not benign wildlife. Apparently Crown Pointe doesn't mind the collapse of agriculture given they're so petty as to cite someone for raising butterflies just by providing a sanctuary to them. As with most homeowners association, they're a stasi group that just collects profits from homeowners with little thought towards the sustainability of our planet and species.
People here are so pathetic they go after a woman for raising butterflies......Shame
It seems all who have read the story of the threat of $25 a day fines for allowing butterflies to thrive in the yard of one of their residents generates a common reaction from all who read it - they have made themselves appear as fools.
