At first this provider appearded to be receptive to questions and would answer by phone or email until the questions were about problems we were having or issues with billing -- then they got quite nasty and refused to have a meeting to discuss the issues. The caregivers are very sweet and kind but inexperienced and the administrative team is very uninvolved and quite frankly -- uncaring and rude. No, my loved one is very bored Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous!
I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation.
