Still waiting on my deposit return, it’s been over two months and can’t get through to anyone from leasing nor corporate support
TL;DR & Bottom line: unless significant improvements are made to the property and rent prices are reevaluated, I can't in good faith recommend Crown Pointe to others. After posting my initial review, I received a generic, corporate-style response from UDR that acknowledged nothing and resolved nothing. I must say that Rachel in the office, and Alex the maintenance man have absolutely gone above and beyond for me and my Family! Rachel has been extremely helpful answering all of our questions and giving us every option. Alex has been so gracious as to know that we work nights and have dogs and accommodated to our schedule for maintenance issues!
