If I could give 0 stars I would. My prescriptions are a mess. They put my family doctor on my surgeons prescriptions which have now lead to me not getting a prescription until I go back to my doctor to have it straightened out. Every month my family has had to beg to get our prescriptions and even to have them done properly. They treat you with so much disrespect. The owner has even tried to "save us" by giving us a few prescriptions with 0 cost. $6 saved and headaches every single month. He even told us, this never happens ... read more
I transferred to this pharmacy from shoppers because I was tired of being treated like an addict because of the medications. I require. The crown point pharmacy staff have always treated me with dignity which I really appreciate. On the few occasions there's been any mistakes. They've always done their best and rectified them quickly. I appreciate that they know me by name before I even say hello when I call. This pharmacy makes me feel safe and listened to it.
I transferred to Crown Point Pharmacy from Shoppers Drug Mart, and WOW! Friendly, efficient as well as a personal chat with the pharmacist upon arrival. I was amazed! I didn't feel like a number, but rather an actual person.
