The staff at Crown Point Christian village are amazing! They are always asking if we needed anything or if I personally needed anything.
I am in guardianship of my brother and the service that we experienced has been great. My brother has only been here 6 weeks, but we love everything about it. Our introductory and entrance into the community was kind, patient and thorough. Elaine explained what our expectations should be and so far they have all been met. My mom has been at Christian Village since February 2024, and never have I worried about her care or safety. The facility is always clean and the people I've dealt with have been very kind, caring and willing to go out of their way to help. I'd like to specifically point out Elaine Essary, who has been absolutely wonderful. She answers my questions immediately, and points me in the right direction for an answer if she doesn't know. It's nice to have someone I can rely on to get me answers when I need them.
I’m searching for a place for my mom to call home and I believe I found it. Amy took the time to answer my questions and told me to get in contact with Lucy for a tour. Lucy was so kind and knew everyone by name. She shows how much she truly cares just by her interactions with everyone she meets. I loved watching her and knowing this is the smiling face my mom would see. It was clean, nice and love that the memory unit had an enclosed area for their residents to spend time outdoors as well.
Very pleased with service and staff. Clean facility, great activities, always friendly and helpful. Loved church services.
