My experience with Crown Plus exceeded expectations. When I contacted them, David Franks the owner responded quickly. He visited my home and suggested a product design and color combination. The spiraled ends of the rails and the custom bronze powder coating enhance the appearance and complement the design of my house. There was one minor glitch with the alignment of one of the railings. Horrible company. Unprofessional, do not keep proper records and do business with known criminal contractors that have a history of not paying the company on behalf of their clients. I would use ANYONE else for my next home project. They will be reported to every agency available . The absolute lack of professionalism of the owner borders on criminal, screams profanities on the phone because he does not know how to handle his business .
Great company! Dave and his team took care of my friends powder coated aluminum railing in Henrico and it looks perfect! I highly recommend Crown Plus Railings!
