I’ve been a long time customer with crown plumbing and heating, but the last service was less than satisfactory. Hot baseboard heater was making multiple noices for long periods. They sent someone whom they sub contracted. Not sure how knowledgeable he was. Bottom line he stuffed some cardboard pieces behind the fins and charged me about $389 (forget exactly) and the noise either remained the same or somewhat louder. Very disappointed.

Roger responds to calls and performs work promptly. Answers questions thoroughly. Quality work at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We’ve been using the services of Roger from Crown Plumbing and Heating for years. The reasons are many: he responds promptly when we reach out to him with an issue, he always makes room in his schedule to address our needs quickly, he is flexible in the times he is able to come out, his prices are extremely reasonable, he’s friendly, trustworthy and, perhaps most importantly, he always gets the job done right the first time.
