I bought a brand new furnace a few years ago I called for service as fan motor making noise Chris the owner son came found it was vibrating so put scew in cabinet $185 but it sense starting making noise again I have bought pipe for legs as its sagging on further investigation all there is a sheet metal box for a/c coil and furnace sits on it I have notice they never took the time or effort to make sure floor it sits on is strong enough to support weight all they did Is screw sheet metal over open areas poor quality of work .... read more

Hi there, I have called them of behalf of my friend, Unfortunately after they take a look inside he’s house for 15 minutes to see if there’s a bad smells coming from somewhere and in the end, they haven’t find anything plus they said we’ll charge the owner of this house $200 for the 15 minutes checking in the house. They’re the worst people to deal with & I took my friend to the city … and we’ve provided them the receipt and they said we’ll pay you back for …….. …… My advice to everyone to step away from those people! Save yourself the inconvenience. This company has been a huge disappointment. In 2020 I requested a quote for a gas water heater, they showed up and installed it when I wasn't there and sent me a hefty bill. Now, not even 3 years later, the top is corroded. The unit is still under warranty. I called for a repair visit a month ago. First appointment, they didn't show, finally a week later we met up. Chris said he had to look into the repair.
