Excellent service, quick to respond and friendly, personable staff!
Called Crown to hook up my faucet. They spent 1/2 hrs.on the job and charged me $400. Outrageous will never call them again.
Dont show up when they say theyre going to and dont communicate
The plumbers were hard working, polite and professional and did a great job with all the prep work. Thank you Jeff and team! However.. When the new owner, Chris, had to hook up the new units things got bad quickly. Took him 5 more weeks to just get the new unit turned on for the first time (7 weeks total). Endless excuses and gas lighting, never on time, doesn't start his work day till 10:30. I was billed thousands above the original quote in nonsense charges and he knows it.
