I called Tuesday night to get on the schedule. I called Wednesday morning to confirm and they said it would be afternoon. I called in afternoon and they said they would call back. They never did. So on Thursday I called another company that did the work.

I’ve had crown plumbing out twice now and they have helped greatly both times. Very knowledgeable and have been incredibly willing to get the job done. They helped me find a solution for my septic tank problems that works for me. They’ve actually taken the time to really look into it.

I’ve had a great experience with this plumbing company! Greg has been especially wonderful to work with—he’s been very transparent throughout the whole process, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understand what’s going on. It’s not easy to find someone so honest and upfront these days, and I really appreciate the professionalism and communication. Highly recommend!

I called Crown Plumbing yesterday to inquire about someone coming out to repair a leak in my tub's hot water fixture and a sink stopper repair. I was told I would be called 20 minutes before the plumber arrives. I had to leave my entire day open. Near the end of the day I was called and told the plumber would not be able to come out and I was asked to reschedule for today.
