So the forklift driver messed up and scanned a pallet that wasn’t meant to be in my load and it’s taken 3 hours (still not resolved) to eliminate it from the paper work???????? Been stuck here for 5 hours now. I’m also on the total opposite side of the warehouse. My trailer has a glad hand lock on it so I can’t move it. And not a single bathroom or person the talk to. Don’t come here. Save yourself the trouble.
You check in with both pickup numbers, they assign you a door. Slide your tandems to the rear. Yesterday they had me loaded in 20 minutes.
