Hands-down, the best manicure/pedicure I've ever received, from the kindest, most professional, friendliest people i've ever encountered in the beauty business! I had a very disappointing experience here. The nail technician repeatedly nicked my nails, which was both painful and careless. She was also on a personal phone call during my appointment, clearly distracted and not focused on her work. The overall environment was chaotic and unprofessional.
