Excellent service with professional staff. I'm pleased with their professionalism. I am very happy I selected to purchase and service my vehicle at Crown Nissan.
Was told my transmission was shot, $6,000 to replace and I wouldn't make it to Portland without the repair. My car only has 47k miles. I shouldn't have to replace the transmission. Nissan knows they are a problem and should give customers a better warranty for it. I made it to Portland and getting it repaired for half of what they quoted.
Roger the service advisor was clear in his communication and delivered great customer service. My repair apparently was a simple one and they didn’t charge me beyond the diagnostic fee. My battery had gone out as well bc my taillights wouldn’t turn off when the ignition turned off. They even recharged my battery for me. I’m super impressed and they have a loyal customer now. Thank you Crown Nissan!
