Crown nissan got bought out by another person. This place is horrible now. I went out and bought two mazdas. I did business with them 7 years. Don't buy from them ever. Service really sucks, can't get a response from anybody.
Started the job on time and finished it exactly when they predicted they would. This is my second vehicle that has been serviced here and they always do great. Smit was even nice enough to drive me across the street for some shopping. Will continue to give them by business.
I am not an angry customer, just a disappointed one. I own two used Infiniti vehicles and I’m new to the Greenville area. I only have work done on my cars by accredited dealers, and I have the records to prove it. I have spent well over $7,000 to $10,000 with them — yes, that’s correct! I rarely write reviews, but this experience has been so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue expecting reliability, but instead I’ve dealt with ongoing issues, including noticeable shaking, that have never been properly resolved. I brought my vehicle in for service three separate times, only to later be told there was no record of me ever reporting the shaking. That alone is deeply concerning.
