We are very disappointed with how we’ve been treated during our recent visits, particularly by your head mechanic. His dismissive attitude and negative comments about Nissan vehicles—especially the Rogue—were not only unprofessional but deeply concerning. Fast and good price.
This was my first visit to the service department since buying my new Sentra, and they were fantastic! Fast, friendly, and professional. They handled my routine maintenance and alignment (thanks, South Carolina potholes!) with zero hassle. Definitely reaffirmed that I made the right choice buying from Crown Nissan.
All of the staff are helpful and pleasant! Will continue to have my vehicle serviced here.
