I am not an angry customer, just a disappointed one. I own two used Infiniti vehicles and I’m new to the Greenville area. I only have work done on my cars by accredited dealers, and I have the records to prove it. I have spent well over $7,000 to $10,000 with them — yes, that’s correct! I rarely write reviews, but this experience has been so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue expecting reliability, but instead I’ve dealt with ongoing issues, including noticeable shaking, that have never been properly resolved. I brought my vehicle in for service three separate times, only to later be told there was no record of me ever reporting the shaking. That alone is deeply concerning. 🤬🤬Manager and mechanics are unprofessional I paid $1200 for the repair of my car's proximity sensor , A few days later it was damaged again and I took it back to the workshop they told me that I have to pay $2200 more because it was another piece that needs to be repaired. I had such a great experience at the Nissan Service Department in Greenville this morning, and I wanted to specifically thank the service advisor that helped me, Austin. I woke up to find that my windshield wipers weren’t working and needed to get in for an appointment quickly. I ended up accidentally going to the wrong place first, but when I got to Nissan, they were incredibly helpful and gracious.
