I rarely write reviews, but this experience has been so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue expecting reliability, but instead I’ve dealt with ongoing issues, including noticeable shaking, that have never been properly resolved. 🤬🤬Manager and mechanics are unprofessional I paid $1200 for the repair of my car's proximity sensor , A few days later it was damaged again and I took it back to the workshop they told me that I have to pay $2200 more because it was another piece that needs to be repaired. I had such a great experience at the Nissan Service Department in Greenville this morning, and I wanted to specifically thank the service advisor that helped me, Austin. I woke up to find that my windshield wipers weren’t working and needed to get in for an appointment quickly.
