I am very disappointed to have waited here for 2 hours for a simple oil change, probably the last service I will get at this dealership. I would have thought that they would have treated one of their own customers who bought the vehicle here better than that.
I bought my 2025 Honda CTR here remotely. My sales associate was Eddie and he made the entire transaction smooth and hassle free. I traded in my 2024 Acura Integra Type S(questionable build quality), and Crown Honda gave me the best trade in value. I will definitely not hesitate to contact Eddie for any Honda I purchase in the future. For anyone wanting a CTR, they are a MSRP dealership. No greedy game playing. Eddie will treat you right.
