I recently bought a car from this dealer and had a very disappointing experience. Within day of purchase, I discovered that the air conditioning was not working. DONT EVER BUY CARS FROM THIS PLACE Sell cars with dodgry road worthy and that have multiple problems and does the dodge to fix some things but doesn’t actually fix the issue just gets it good enough till the warranty runs out don’t lose thousands like we have stay clear of this “dealership” or scrap yard what ever you’d want to call it

I had a great experience with Brad at Crown Motors. Did a great deal on a virtually new Prado with minimal fuss. Straightforward and very friendly.
Pleasant guy to deal with-but don’t expect anything wrong to be corrected under their 1 mth guarentee. Took my car back MULTIPLE times but don’t believe my car went anywhere to have anything fixed at any occassion,despite leaving it with them all day & overnight on one occassion. Has failed to contact me back to get a copy of my roadworthy.
