great experience!! Very patient with all my requests and even got us a lower rate as we were finalizing the estimate. Couldn't be happier. Just remember she doesn't work alone. Other parts of her team do the best they can but Faith Tubalado only can control what is available to her. Highly Recommend!!
We had a few issues with some of the documents (not in Faith's end) but Faith and her team made it happened and worked very hard making sure that they received all documents and got our application approved. We were in a very tight budget and she made sure that our financial expectations were met. She worked with us in every possible way and made sure that we closed on the house on the date it was set. Faith and her team are the BEST!
