Horrible company that makes unsolicited phone calls to elderly then talks them into having products shipped. The call center is difficult to deal with and very pushy.

My mother received a box of orthotic braces from Crown Medical Solutions, after numerous calls from them, during which she told them repeatedly that she did not want them. She did not order them and has no provider order for any such devices. We cannot find a working phone number for this company in order to return them. What kind of scam is going on here??? Sent brace which I never ordered. I refused delivery. They were returned to Crown. Yet Crown billed and got reimbursed from Medicare. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD - put the owners of this company in Jail for wire fraud, mail fraud etc etc

How do these con artists sleep at night? Pushy callers get the elderly person on the phone to say the word “yes”; then magically a box of in-needed braces arrives and they mill Medicare. I’m filing a suit with outer State Attorney on Monday and a complaint with the BBB.

This company is a scam and should be ashamed of themselves. One day they will be old or have a mom and dad old and get unsolicited stuff mailed to them. I was told when I called them they would send me fed ex box so I can mail back and never dI’d. Then I called and told them again and they told me it was too late. They take avantage of old people.
